Terms of Trade
PAYMENT:
All orders must be accompanied with payment either by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Sussex RFU. Credit and Debit cards accepted.
ORDER DELIVERY:
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are subject to availability of stock. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you by email or telephone to advise you.
POSTAGE AND PACKING:
The County Shop will deliver your order to a relevant training session for collection by you. Where this is not possible UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (a signature is required on receipt).
Minimum postage and packing charge £6.95 - this charge may vary depending on the size of your order.
PRICES:
All prices shown online exclude VAT. All prices are correct at time of publication, However, there may be occasions where prices are changed afterwards. In such cases, we will contact you to advise you of this new price, prior to your order payment being processed.

RETURN OF GOODS:
We will endeavour to supply only the highest quality products, and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the product and wish to exchange, you can return it to us in its original condition, unworn, including tags and original packaging and we will swap the item to the same value. Carriage costs for delivering an exchanged item will be charged. Sussex RFU County shop must be informed of any exchanges sought or notified of any faulty or incorrectly sent purchases, within 7 days of receipt. In the case of personalised items, the Shop can only exchange faulty goods.
COLOURS:
Whilst every effort has been taken to represent the true likeness of a product's colour, variations may occur on computer monitors, We cannot therefore guarantee colours will appear exactly as seen on your computer screen.
IKOMA:
Fabric moisture management system that alows the athlete to stay cool and comfortable.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Always look for the garment care label and follow the washing/drying/ironing instructions to ensure your garments come out looking their best after time.
