Fixtures Wanted

Fixtures Secretaries are strongly advised to confirm all fixtures by Tuesday during the week before ----every year there are games missed - all for the sake of an email or text.

Important: If you have to cancel do not rely on email - you must speak to a (reliable!) individual - late cry offs may incur reasonable abortive costs being levied - remember: a fellow fixture sec will not shoot the messenger!!! - this also applies to unplayable pitch situations

The  RFU week numbering system should always be used when making fixtures.
Weeks are numbered from the start of the season (5th September = week 1) where there are 5 weeks in a month it is given an 'X' prefix, followed by the number of the month in the season.    Thus 31st Oct 2009 is week X2 - October being the second month

NOTE: We do not accept 'Home only' requests -  you can specify 'Home or Away' or 'Away only' and then arrange
           venues with the Club accepting the Fixture.

CLUB ARE EXPECTED TO FULFIL A FAIR SHARE OF AWAY FIXTURES AND TO ARRANGE, IF NECESSARY, TO LEND/BORROW PLAYERS
OR TO PLAY WITH LESS THAN 15 - OR USE LOTS OF REPLACEMENTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE GETS A GAME
